I found the company on the BBB website. I submitted a request for a quote and received a call from Mary within minutes. Mary asked me a few questions, diagnosed the problem, and told me what it would cost. Very affordable price for the work done and no extra fees. I also had Risers installed. I received a Military discount, and that was a plus. Very professional and good at communicating. Mary educated me on how a septic tank works and what I needed to do to keep it functioning correctly. They were careful when digging not to hit a waterline that was directly over the Septic Tank. That could have been costly if they were not careful. After completing the work, they took the time to re-grade my yard. I cannot say enough about the company. I will call on them to take care of my Septic Tank in the future. So I called them to check my septic tank. We purchased our home in late 2018 and moved in early 2019. It was a foreclosure so there were a lot of things we had to fix. This was the second company that looked at our tank. The first one quoted over $2500 for a "septic rehab" that would constitute shooting an enzyme in the tank, no emptying or being out of code was mentioned. AAA bought the tank up to code and emptied it for almost $1500 less. They were honest and told us everything we needed and the price was reasonable.

I can't say enough good things about AAA Septic Tank Services. From the office to the field personnel, they were professional and made it a real point to keep me updated on their arrival time and what I could expect in terms of costs. Arrived on time with the issue resolved quickly and at a price they quoted me on the phone. I'll be using them for my future system maintenance needs.

Nice people. Right on time. Very reasonably priced. The only problem was the damage to the lawn, but the grass grows back! It was not excessive. Definitely recommend.
